Effective January 2025
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we schedule doctor and technician visits by appointment. Clients with new patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, to fill out new patient paperwork. This can also be done online and sent in prior to your appointment if you prefer. Emergency cases always receive top priority, so the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make every effort to see each client on time.
For your convenience, early drop-offs for procedures can be arranged for as early as 7 am. Generally, we require that owners or an appointed representative be present for physical examinations. This is an important component to providing the quality care that our clients have come to expect.
For the safety and protection of all of our patients, we strongly encourage you to bring your cat to appointments in a sturdy carrier.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered, or products purchased. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks under $300. We also accept Care Credit for many of our services. Please ask our front desk for more details.

Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you opt in to receive SMS messages from us.

We use your information to:
- Send you the SMS messages you’ve opted in to receive

We do not collect nor do we give out any information to any third-party vendors. Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients, our patients, and patrons of our retail store. Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information about clients or their cats disclosed without the consent of the client.

2. Message Frequency
You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
4. Privacy Policy
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see above).
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. You may also contact us directly at info@catsexclusive.com.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
