Cats Exclusive Store Return Policies

All of our retail products are returnable if item is defective or unused or if on list of items below that are 100% guaranteed. The time period for returns is either 10 days or 30 days. Following is the list of requirements. Anything not listed will have a 30 day return policy. At the time of return you will be offered an exchange, credit or full refund.

Returnable Items With 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed:

Dry foods, even if opened, in original packaging
Canned foods, unopened, if not expired
Unused litter, even if opened, in original packaging, at least 1/2 full bag
All CET dental products
All Vetri-Science chews and products
All hairball treatments
Urine Off Odor and Stain Remover
All Feliway products (after calling Tech Support)
Revolution flea treatment
Fleago house treatment
Furminator (with original packaging)

Items returnable if returned within 10 days of purchase and in resalable condition (with no visible signs of wear or cat hair) with original tags on and/or boxes unopened:

Beds and mats
Cat furniture/trees/scratching devices
Cat carriers
Drinking fountains
Collars, leashes, and harnesses
Dishware and placemats

Not returnable unless defective, or unused, with original tags on within 30 days of purchase:

Catnip and treats
Grooming products (except Furminator)
Litter pans and scoops

All sales final on clearance merchandise.
