Many of our products are returnable if they are in their original packaging and unused within 45 days of purchase. They must be accompanied by the original receipt, unless the purchase is in our computer records under your client account number. Any mechanically defective product can be returned for a full refund. You will be refunded your choice of an exchange, in-store credit, or cash. Cash refunds over $25.00 will be issued a check within 3 business days.
