Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we schedule all doctor and technician visits by appointment only. Clients with new patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time in order to fill out a patient information form or you may also print the form at home and bring it in with you - Appointment Request Form.
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, so the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make every effort to see each client on time.
For your convenience, early drop-offs for procedures can be arranged for as early as 7 am. We do, however, require that owners or an appointed representative be present for physical examinations. This is an important component to offering the quality care that we do.
For the safety and protection of all of our patients, we strongly encourage you to bring your cat to appointments in a sturdy carrier.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered, or products purchased. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks. Care credit is available for emergency veterinary services. Please ask our receptionists for more details.
Privacy Policy
We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors. Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients, our patients, and patrons of our retail store. Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information about clients or their cats disclosed without the consent of the client.
