Front Desk

The ideal individual shows grace under pressure, prefers a fast-paced environment, shows great attention to detail, has a positive customer service philosophy, and has great retention skills. Responsibilities include: scheduling appointments, answering telephones, assisting clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical charts, accepting and discharging patients, retail sales, completing financial transactions, vaccine reminders, client education, and filing. Must type at least 35 wpm, be computer literate, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds without difficulty. We especially enjoy meeting applicants with previous experience.

Veterinary Technicians and Assistants

Our technicians and assistants are responsible for: daily treatments and monitoring of hospital patients, assisting doctors with surgeries and procedures, anesthesia monitoring, assisting doctors with outpatient appointments, radiology, client communication and education, pharmacy, collection and processing of laboratory specimens, and hospital and equipment maintenance. Previous experience in the veterinary field is preferred.

Boarding Assistants

Boarding assistants are responsible for all aspects of our boarding facility, as well as caring for hospitalized cats. Responsibilities include: feeding, tracking appetite and elimination, monitoring behavior and health changes in cats, cleaning, keeping up laundry, conducting interactive play sessions and light grooming for boarders, and leading hospital tours of the facility. This position definitely keeps you on your feet all day and requires some lifting and bending. Our ideal candidate demonstrates an exceptional work ethic, fast learning skills, a positive demeanor, and enjoys working as part of a team. Previous experience is not required.
