We are reviewing the cause of the leaks and would emphasise that this issue did not arise in our extensive product testing prior to launch. Since we do not know how long it will take to find a solution, we are replacing current new range stock with stock of our original Feliway and Adaptil diffusers and refills.
Our position here is that no customer should be worse off as a result of this change. Those that have recently acquired a new range starter kit should consult with their usual supplier, once it is empty, so they can help you with the next step.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, we hope our customers recognise that we have taken the right decision for the right reasons.
